EasyJet
Infants aged 14 days – 2 years of age are charged a flat rate of €28 per flight (travelling on the lap). They must have their own boarding pass, which can be collected from the airport check-in desk. To book a separate seat for an infant, passengers need to contact the customer service team and cannot do this process online. Passengers also need to bring a car seat to use on the plane if booking a separate seat. There is a limit of 2 infants per one accompanying adult. Two of the following items can be taken free of charge: travel cot, pushchair, double pushchairs, buggy, car seat, collapsible or non-collapsible pram, booster seat, baby back carrier.
Transavia

There is no separate hand luggage allowance for lap babies. 1 piece of hold luggage (eg. trolley or pram, max. 10kg) is allowed. This must be handed in at the check-in desk before departure. For babies travelling on separate seats, 1 piece of hand luggage max. 10kg is allowed, and an approved car seat must be used on the plane.
Norwegian
Infants under 2 years seated on your lap travel for free on domestic flights. On international flights, the ticket price is 10% of the adult fare plus any airport taxes. To book a separate seat for an infant, passengers need to do so through the Norwegian Contact Centre. An approved baby seat is required. There is no hand baggage allowance for infant tickets. 5kg of checked baggage is included, either in your own bag or a separate bag. 1 car seat and 1 stroller are also included as checked baggage.
Wizzair
Infants up to age of 2 can travel on an adult’s lap for a set fee of €27 per flight. If the price of the regular adult fare is lower than €27, the fee for the infant is reduced to match this. There is a limit of 1 infant per adult’s lap. No baggage allowance, but a pushchair can be carried on board free of charge. Rear-facing baby car seats can be taken on board if an additional seat is purchased at the regular price.
Eurowings
Infants under 2 may travel on an adult’s lap for a service fee of €15 per leg on short and medium-haul flights and €75 on long-haul flights. Eurowings offers a 20% discount on regular fare prices for infants travelling in their own seat with a pre-approved child safety seat/booster seat. This must be examined at the check-in counter before departure. For all children under 12 years, the same luggage regulations apply as for adults, even for infants travelling on an adult’s lap. One of the following items may be carried and checked in as luggage per infant free of charge: pram, pushchair, booster seat or carrycot.
Flybe

Infants do not have any luggage allowance. Pushchairs/prams can be used up to the aircraft steps or air bridge and can be reclaimed upon arrival or at the baggage reclaim. Collapsible pushchairs or child car seats (max. total weight 10kg) are not included in the baggage allowance and can therefore be carried free of charge as checked luggage for any infant/child (subject to space availability). When purchasing a separate seat for an infant, passengers may be able to use their own car seat depending on its suitability (must be approved at the check-in desk before departure). Regular ticket price applies for purchasing a separate seat for an infant.
Smart Wings
Infants (8 days – 23 months) pay 10% of the regular ticket price. There is a limit of one infant per accompanying adult (seated on their lap). Infants do not have free baggage allowance. Prams, buggies, baby beds and baby seats can be carried free of charge.
Important to remember when booking: for a child to travel as an infant, they must be under the age of 2 years on the date of both the departure and the return flights. If you’re celebrating their 2nd birthday during your holiday, you’ll need to book their own separate seat on the way home.
