To this end, refund.me GmbH (hereinafter referred to as refund.me) naturally complies with the laws regarding the protection of personal data and data security. of Personal Data

If you let us check your claim through our website or app, we will collect and store data. If you make use of our offer to check your claim, our server automatically records any data sent from your browser when you visit our website or use the app. These data files may include your web request, IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of your request and one or more cookies that can identify your browser unambiguously.

refund.me and its affiliated companies will only process your personal data for the purpose for which it was collected. The collection of data is necessary for us to provide you with a user-friendly internet service. To provide you with our debt collection services, we will also require some very personal data such as your signature when you grant us power of attorney or your bank account information, which we will store in encrypted form on secure servers. Your bank account information will be deleted 48 h after the refund was transferred onto your account. You may modify or change your personal data via e-mail to feedback@refund.me . Upon your request (to  feedback@refund.me) we will inform you which data refund.me has stored about you. Without your consent, we will not collect or use your personal data for any purposes other than the ones described in this Privacy Statement. You may also, at any time, object to your data being collected and stored. An objection should be sent via e-mail to feedback@refund.me.

 

Transfer of Data to Third Parties

refund.me will only transfer your personal data to third parties under the conditions as listed below:
