For delays over 2 hours airlines must offer meals and refreshments.
You are entitled to compensation payments for delays over 3 hours.
Each passenger may receive a compensation payment between 250 EUR and 600 EUR. We will charge a commission* of 29% (25% success fee plus VAT) for successful cases, resulting in a maximum payout of 421.50 EUR.
You may also receive a compensation for your delayed flight on a package tour.
Have the flight disruption confirmed by an airline employee. If you were given a reason for the disruption, take notes and record details of your actual journey (flight times and airports).
Keep all travel documents (eg. boarding passes, eTickets) and receipts for additional expenses. If possible take photos of the departure board.
